Meticulous, self-taught and passionate. With an extensive experience in the hospitality industry, in 1999 he decided to move to The Netherlands where he worked in various Mediterranean-style restaurants. His cuisine speaks of his Malaga roots, but also of the experience acquired on his travels.
Kim RanzijnFront of house
After studying her Marketing studies in The Netherlands, she decides to devote herself to her true passion. She is perfectionist, professional and sociable. Kim knows the needs of each guest and she gives a personalized attention to ensure that your experience at Restaurante Oliva is perfect.
